Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the El Paso County Hospital District d/b/a University Medical Center of El Paso (UMC) to select a qualified Program Manager. The Program Manager will provide services for the implementation of design and construction projects under the 2025 UMC General Obligation Bond Implementation Program across multiple UMC campuses. The selected firm will work under the direction of the Assistant Administrator of Planning, Design and Construction and will be responsible for project control, communication, information management, scheduling, and cost management. The Program Manager will not provide construction or design services and must avoid conflicts of interest with design teams or contractors.
