Description

This project is for a traditional breakpoint nutrient reduction wetland located in Clay County, Iowa. The work includes selective clearing, excavation, grading, steel sheet pile installation, tile installation, water control structure, riprap, concrete grout, and seeding. The project involves about 15,204 cubic yards of earthwork, installation of 2,523 square feet of steel sheet pile, 540 linear feet of HDPE tile, 957 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe, 303 tons of riprap, 46 cubic yards of concrete grout, and 15.2 acres of seeding. The estimated construction cost range is $450,000 to $550,000 with completion dates of November 15, 2027 for construction and December 15, 2027 for seeding.
