Description

The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin is seeking proposals from experienced contractors to evaluate the energy efficiency and renewable energy programs known as Focus on Energy. The evaluation will cover the core Focus on Energy Programs and measure their performance against goals set by the PSC. Additionally, the evaluation includes the U.S. Department of Energy’s Home Owner Managing Energy Savings (HOMES) Rebate Program and the High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate (HEEHR) Program, collectively called the Home Energy Rebate (HER) Programs in Wisconsin.
