The Glenwood Redevelopment Corporation is soliciting bids for demolition services involving the removal and stockpiling of existing pavement and the removal, proper disposal, or abandonment in place of existing utilities throughout the project limits at the Glenwood Resource Center Campus in Glenwood, Iowa. This project is part of a series of abatement and demolition projects at the former Glenwood Resource Center. Bids are due by October 14, 2026, and a mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 1, 2026, with a site visit following.
