Description
Justification and Approval (J&A) for other than full and open competition to issue a modification extending the period of performance (PoP) by 12 months, and budget realignment at no additional cost, under tthe GHSC-PSM IDIQ (AID-OAA-I-15-00004)/Task Order (AID-OAA-TO-15-00009) with Chemonics International Inc. The extension is necessary to ensure continuity of services and to complete deliveries and hand-over of the quality -assured, life-saving commodities and services as the program transitions to new mechanisms, and the contract completes its closeout.
