Description

This solicitation provides funding for enhanced early-stage design support for residential new construction projects across New York State. It includes technical assistance, training, energy modeling, and other design activities to support home builders, developers, and qualified partners in delivering high-performance, energy-efficient residential projects. Funding is available to single family and small home builders and developers, as well as multifamily qualified partners and independent service providers. Projects must be new construction within New York State and incorporate all-electric, high-performance space heating and cooling without fossil fuel backup.
