Description

The University at Buffalo (UB) is soliciting bids from qualified firms for the purchase of high-quality carbon offsets generated by projects involving the destruction of ozone-depleting substances. The contract will be awarded to one responsive and responsible bidder who meets all requirements set forth in the Invitation for Bid (IFB). The contract term is one year, and the University anticipates awarding the contract based on the lowest total price. Bidders must submit pricing for carbon offsets from up to three separate projects, with prices firm for the contract term. The estimated quantity for bidding purposes is 43,000 carbon offsets, but this does not guarantee purchase of any minimum quantity.
