Title of Event:    Army Data Operations Center (ADOC) Industry Summit – Road to improved data sharing and access in the Army data eco-system

Army Data Operations Center will conduct an Industry Summit on 27 October 2026 via Army MS Teams in order to brief Industry on ADOC activities/capabilities and to inform ADOC Full Operational Capability.  

Key tasks center around an explanation of what the Army Data Operations Center is, the vision for Army Data Governance and Accessibility, outlining current capability roadmaps, and identifying gaps to Industry and Key DOW Stakeholders.

This engagement does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). There is no pending contract, solicitation, or procurement action anticipated as a direct result of this event.

No Commitment by the Government: Participation in the ADOC Industry Summit is completely voluntary. The U.S. Army will not pay for any information submitted, nor will it reimburse vendors for preparation, or any other costs associated with attending or responding to this notice.

The Desired End State: ADOC receives and incorporates feedback from Industry Summit participants into the ADOC Lessons Learned Wiki and Rolodex. Industry and DOW Stakeholders have a shared understanding of the Army Data Operations Center’s mission and DOW Data governance & accessibility challenges.

This Industry Summit will be held at the CUI level and will be 100% Virtual via Army MS Teams

ADOC Focus Areas

The Army Data Operations Center (ADOC) is hosting this Industry Summit to foster a technical exchange with industry leaders, innovators, and practitioners. The primary objective is to understand how industry-proven methodologies can be applied to modernize, secure, and scale Army enterprise data infrastructure.

During the technical sessions, ADOC is specifically interested in hearing briefings, live demonstrations, and case studies addressing the following core focus areas provided by priority:

1     Data Platform Support:          Describe your current and past performance supporting Army Data platforms (legacy or new systems). What specific technical and operational environments have you actively supported?

2     "As Code" Governance:          Detail your methodology and past implementation of "Documentation as Code" and "Policy as Code" within secure DoW or federal enterprise environments to automate governance.

3     Access Control Frameworks:   Explain how your solutions implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) to enforce security while ensuring secure, mission-appropriate data sharing.

4     Reusability & Products:           What is your proven approach to developing stable, discoverable, and reusable baseline data  products to reduce duplicate engineering efforts across enterprise platforms?

5     Emerging Trends & AI:            How do your solutions leverage AI/ML to optimize governance workflows, analyze request patterns, and improve operational efficiency within a regulated data ecosystem?

AGENDA: This is a single day event. Each Vendor will have a 30-minute block for presentations and Q&A. ADOC reserves the right to extend/reduce time in the final agenda. Each participating vendor will have a sperate dedicated Team Meetings established for their allocated time with ADOC government civilian/military personnel.

Reservations:

Eligibility to participate is limited to DOW Contractors and GOV Stakeholders with access to CUI and Army MS Teams. Each Industry organization will be limited to a maximum of three (3) attendees with a high preference for vendor data engineers/scientist participation. There is no fee. Meals will not be provided by the government at this event. The Government will not reimburse participants for any fees related to this event.

Criteria for Participation: Industry partners interested in attending the ADOC Industry Summit must submit an email with subject line: " ADOC Industry Summit 27 October 2026 Participation Request” to the administrative POC no later than 1600 hrs EDST on 09 October 2027.
