The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), through its Construction and Development Company (MTA C&D), is seeking proposals for design, construction management, and inspection services for a variety of transportation infrastructure projects. - Government Buyer: - Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) – Construction and Development Company (MTA C&D) - Eligible Vendors: - Only New York State certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB) are eligible to propose - Scope of Services: - Design services for construction and security projects - Construction management and inspection services for all project phases - Projects may include tunnels, bridges, terminals, stations, rail and bus operation and maintenance facilities, office buildings, and communication, power, and signal infrastructure - Contract Structure and Value: - Indefinite quantity contract series with task orders awarded as needed - Estimated total contract value between $50 million and $100 million - Notable Requirements: - Set-aside for MWBE and SDVOB firms - Consultants must collaborate closely with MTA project personnel to ensure quality, timely delivery, and budget adherence - All funding is capital-based - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are named in this solicitation

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), through MTA Construction and Development Company (MTA C&D), seeks multiple NY State certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB) to provide Design Services and/or Construction Management and Inspection Services for all phases of State/Local funded construction and security projects. These projects include facilities such as tunnels, bridges, terminals, stations, and various operation and maintenance facilities. Consultants will collaborate with project personnel to provide management advice, support project goals, and mitigate potential issues to ensure quality and value on time and within budget. Task Orders will be awarded under the contract with a total value not exceeding the contract series' total services cost.
