The Maryland State Highway Administration is soliciting proposals for the delivery of MS4 Impervious Surface Restoration Credits. The project scope includes planning, design, permitting, construction, property rights acquisition, post-construction monitoring, maintenance, and adaptive management for watersheds within the MS4 area across multiple counties. Proposers may submit a single proposal for all projects or individual proposals for each project. The Administration may award multiple projects with a total value of approximately $75 million.
