Union County, North Carolina, through Union County Facilities Management, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide a complete, turn-key replacement of two existing domestic water boilers at the Union County Detention Center located at 3344 Presson Road, Monroe, NC. The work includes demolition and removal of existing equipment; furnishing and installing new condensing domestic-water boilers; required domestic-water, gas, venting, condensate, electrical and accessory connections; testing; startup; training; permits and inspections; and related work as required by the contract documents. A non-mandatory pre-bid and site visit will be held on October 2, 2026, at 9:00 AM EDT at the project site.
