Description

The Pasadena Area Community College District is seeking qualified firms to provide professional services for a Construction Blue-Prints Indexing and Digital Management System. The project involves a one-time Facilities Records Digitization and Information Management Project to assess, inventory, organize, classify, digitize, index, and establish an accessible and sustainable information management structure for the District's existing construction, maintenance, facilities, infrastructure, and related records. The scope includes both physical and existing digital records, focusing on creating a comprehensive, organized, searchable, and maintainable facilities information environment. The contract will be structured as a Time-and-Materials agreement with negotiated hourly rates and may include continuing records-management services after initial implementation.
