Description

Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Depreciation Study Services for KUA’s depreciable transmission, distribution, general, and intangible assets in service. The study includes data collection and analysis, evaluation of existing depreciation methods and reserves, determination of appropriate depreciation expense rates, and assessment of service life and net salvage analysis techniques consistent with generally accepted utility industry practices. The selected firm will prepare a formal report documenting findings and recommendations and present results to KUA staff and potentially to KUA’s Board of Directors. All services must comply with the solicitation document requirements.
