Vending Machine Services for City of Unalaska PCR Community Center

The City of Unalaska's Parks, Culture & Recreation Department is seeking proposals for vending machine services at the PCR Community Center. - Government Buyer: - City of Unalaska, Parks, Culture & Recreation, Community Center - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or brands are named; opportunity is open to all qualified vending machine providers - Products/Services Requested: - One vending machine (vendor to specify manufacturer, brand, model, features, and payment options) - Stocking and restocking of packaged snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, including healthier options - Ongoing operation, maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and payment processing (including cashless options) - Removal of the machine at the end of the agreement - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vendors must propose a revenue-sharing arrangement payable to the City - Machine must comply with ADA/accessibility, health, and safety standards - Vendors must provide detailed reporting and may be subject to a trial period before a longer-term agreement - The City provides location, electricity (if available), and access for installation and servicing

Description

The City of Unalaska, Parks, Culture & Recreation (PCR), requests proposals from qualified vendors for the placement, installation, stocking, operation, maintenance, and servicing of one vending machine within the PCR Community Center building. The vending machine must provide convenient access to reasonably priced snacks, beverages, and selected convenience items for employees, visitors, and authorized facility users. The vendor is responsible for providing and installing the machine, supplying inventory, maintaining and repairing the equipment, managing payment processing, and removing the machine at the end of the agreement. The City will provide an approved location, electricity if available, and reasonable access for maintenance and service.
