Union County, North Carolina, through Union County Facilities Management, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide a complete, turn-key replacement of two existing domestic water boilers at the Union County Detention Center located at 3344 Presson Road, Monroe, NC. The scope includes demolition and removal of existing equipment, furnishing and installing new condensing domestic-water boilers, and all required connections including domestic-water, gas, venting, condensate, electrical, and accessories. The work also involves testing, startup, training, permits, inspections, and related tasks as per the contract documents.
