The City of San Clemente Planning Division is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and related technical studies in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the Bluffs at Boca project. The project involves 1.58 acres located at 320-326 La Rambla and 312-314 Boca Del Canon and proposes the development of six single-family detached dwellings by re-subdividing seven residential lots. The plan includes creating public easements for beach access and a public lookout area.
