Nash Street) - Cleaning required Monday and Friday nights - Similar scope of janitorial tasks as the Fitness Center - No specific OEMs or cleaning product brands are mandated; contractors may select their own supplies - Contractors must comply with local, state, and federal laws, including E-Verify and nondiscrimination policies - Workers' compensation insurance verification required for all employees - Contract period is approximately one year, with options to extend for up to two additional years and potential for a 3% annual price increase - Mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visits required for all bidders - Sealed bids only; electronic submissions are not permitted - The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to hold bids for up to ninety days for review
