Description

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is requesting bids for construction services for wetland restoration at the Piechowski property located in Waupaca County. The project includes hydrologic restoration components such as site preparation, brush mowing, construction of 400 linear feet of ditch plugs, microtopography excavation and fill, erosion control, and cover crop seeding if appropriate. This project is authorized under Wisconsin statutes 23.40 and 23.41 as a procurement for environmental repair and will become a wetland mitigation site as part of the Wisconsin Agricultural Mitigation Bank (WAMB).
