The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Care and Treatment Services, Mendota Mental Health Institute (MMHI) is seeking to contract a vendor to remove and replace existing stairwell enclosure fencing with a high security grade fence with anti-climb material. The services may not exceed $50,000 in total. The Department does not guarantee to purchase any specific quantity or pay any minimum contract price during the term of the contract. Bids requiring a minimum number of commodities or services to be ordered will be disqualified, and bids over $50,000 will cause the solicitation to be canceled.
