The City of Temple Terrace, FL is seeking contractors for comprehensive concrete flatwork construction and maintenance services for public works projects. - Government Buyer: - City of Temple Terrace, FL (Public Works Department) - Scope of Work: - Construction, reconstruction, removal, replacement, repair, rehabilitation, restoration, and maintenance of: - Sidewalks, curbs, gutters, driveway aprons - ADA-compliant curb ramps, pedestrian pathways, concrete pads - Crosswalks, medians, parking areas, retaining walls - Stormwater and drainage infrastructure (including storm drains, inlets, catch basins, manholes, culverts, drainage structures, drainage pipe, swales, underdrains) - Additional services: - Demolition, excavation, trenching, grading, dewatering, subgrade preparation, backfilling - Utility coordination and adjustments - Concrete placement and finishing, pavement restoration, asphalt patching - Sodding and landscape restoration, traffic control, erosion and sediment control, site cleanup - Provision of all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to all qualified contractors - Unique/Notable Requirements: - ADA-compliance for curb ramps and pedestrian pathways - Full-scope site restoration and traffic/erosion control - Contractors must provide all necessary resources to complete assigned projects

Description

The City of Temple Terrace is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide construction services for public works concrete flatwork construction, repair, and maintenance projects. The work includes construction, reconstruction, removal, replacement, repair, rehabilitation, restoration, and maintenance of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, driveway aprons, ADA-compliant curb ramps, pedestrian pathways, concrete pads, crosswalks, medians, parking areas, retaining walls, stormwater and drainage infrastructure, and other related concrete and public infrastructure. Services may also include demolition, excavation, trenching, grading, dewatering, subgrade preparation, backfilling, utility coordination and adjustments, installation and repair of storm drains and associated appurtenances, concrete placement and finishing, pavement restoration, asphalt patching, sodding and landscape restoration, traffic control, erosion and sediment control, site cleanup, and furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete assigned projects.
