Description

The Town of Zionsville is seeking qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the Creekside Corporate Park Tenant Sign project, located along West 106th Street at the entrance to Creekside Corporate Park in Zionsville, Indiana. The scope of work includes demolition and removal of the existing entrance sign and its foundation, fabrication and installation of a new masonry and metal monument sign featuring Mansfield stone and limestone veneer, aluminum tenant name panels, integrated site lighting, minor site grading, construction of new planting beds, and installation of associated plant material, ground cover, and irrigation modifications. Work is anticipated to begin in November 2026 and be substantially complete by May 15, 2027. All construction activities should be coordinated to protect existing curbs, pavements, utilities, and site elements to remain within the project limits.
