Description

The State of Nebraska, Department of Administrative Services, Materiel Division, State Purchasing Bureau, is soliciting proposals for a service contract to provide Janitorial Services to the Lincoln Regional Center. The contract term is four years with no additional renewals, but the State reserves the right to extend the contract period if mutually agreeable. The contract may not be exclusive, allowing the State to contract similar services from other sources. In case of contract cancellation or need for additional vendors, the solicitation may be used to procure services for up to eighteen months after the Intent to Award is posted, provided certain conditions are met.
