Description

The Department of Design and Construction is seeking a Special Inspector to provide special inspection services for the CO295EV- Bronx Housing Courthouse- Special Inspections project. The scope includes evaluating installed conditions for compliance with applicable accessibility standards and identifying any non-conforming elements or construction deficiencies. Inspections will use field verification tools such as digital cameras, tape measures, and smart levels. After each site visit, a written report documenting observations, measurements, photographs, and recommendations for corrective action must be submitted within 7 days to DDC's ADA Compliance Unit for review.
