The project includes construction of the school building, parking lot, playground, landscaping, and related work such as concrete, drywall, glazing, finishes, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, and low voltage systems. The estimated budget for the project is $16 million. The contract requires completion of all work by March 1, 2028, with no extensions for weather delays.
