The Alaska Department of Health (DOH) is seeking public comment on draft evaluation frameworks for the Fall 2026 Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) funding cycle. The frameworks include evaluation criteria for both implementation and planning pathway project applications, as well as a portfolio analysis review framework to assess the overall funding portfolio. Public feedback will help refine these frameworks before finalization.
