Description

The state of Alaska intends to impound and destroy a derelict vessel identified as a 24ft red and grey open skiff located at Seymour Lake public access ramp if it is not repossessed by the owner or a person with a financial or security interest. The vessel is owned by Cathy Moore and Nils Hviid. Owners or interested parties may file a written demand for a pre-impoundment hearing within 15 days of the postmark date.
