Description

The City of Tracy is seeking a professional construction management consultant to provide comprehensive services for the Tracy Aquatic Center Project. The scope includes pre-construction, constructability review, plan-check support, bidding support, construction management, materials testing and special inspection, contract administration, commissioning, closeout, warranty, and related project delivery services. The consultant will support the project from the design phase through construction completion and post-construction activities. Proposals are due by October 23, 2026, and will be evaluated based on qualifications with fee proposals submitted separately.
