Description

The Province is seeking formal written proposals for the onsite renovation and conversion of two dry sleepers with 12 double occupancy rooms into two wet sleepers with 10 double occupancy rooms each. Each building will include three bathrooms and one laundry/janitor room. The project also involves removing old decks and replacing them with new rear decks, landings, stairs, and front decks. All renovations must be completed, delivered, set up, and commissioned by March 1, 2027.
