The Government of Alberta is seeking qualified aviation service providers to establish a pool of Preferred Vendors for Aircraft Rental Services supporting environmental monitoring, conservation, stewardship, and wildlife management across Alberta. The RFP includes four service types: Airshed and Watershed Stewardship, Heli-Stocking of Fish in Remote Lakes, Oil Sands Monitoring, and Wildlife Monitoring Surveys. Services may involve fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft, pilots, crew, specialized equipment, fuel, and operational support. Successful proponents will enter into a Master Service Agreement for an initial three-year term with options for extension.
