Enterprise Asset Management Maturity Assessment and Roadmap Consulting for Peel Region

Peel Region is seeking a qualified vendor to provide consulting services for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). - Scope of work includes: - Assessing the maturity of EAM using the 2025 asset management maturity assessment process - Evaluating enterprise-level asset management processes not previously assessed - Developing a long-term roadmap for asset management enhancement projects based on recent maturity assessments - Creating a process to track asset management maturity progress between full reassessments - No specific OEMs or product vendors are named in the solicitation - Only professional consulting services are requested; no physical products are being procured - Procurement is governed by an agreement (Appendix 8.3) and is compliant with CETA, CFTA, and other trade agreements - Unique requirements: - Application of a specific maturity assessment methodology - Development of a tracking process for ongoing maturity progress

Description

The Agency requires a qualified Vendor to assess the maturity of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) by applying the 2025 asset management maturity assessment process to enterprise level asset management processes not previously assessed. The Vendor will develop a long-term roadmap of asset management enhancement projects based on recent and current assessments. Additionally, the Vendor will develop a process for the Agency to track asset management maturity progress between full reassessments. The contract will be governed by the agreement attached as Appendix 8.3, and submissions with alternative terms will be disqualified. This procurement complies with CETA, CFTA, and other applicable trade agreements.
