Description

This solicitation is for the procurement and installation of a security camera system on the Carson and Fallon Campuses of Western Nevada College. The project requires the AV contractor to supply and install all necessary equipment, materials, cabling, accessories, integration, and other components for a complete and operational Avigilon video surveillance system. Bidders must be authorized Avigilon Integrators and provide documentation of their qualifications and experience. The work is scheduled to begin on October 19, 2026, and be completed by February 26, 2027, with an estimated cost range of $800,000 to $900,000. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid job walk is required to submit a bid.
