Description

This solicitation is for a continuing unit-price construction contract to provide labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, testing, permits, temporary facilities, incidentals, and other services necessary for the rehabilitation, repair, replacement, reconstruction, and new construction of stormwater drainage systems and associated roadway, utility, and site improvements throughout Duval County. The contract is intended to allow the City to assign multiple Drainage System Rehabilitation projects as needs and funding are identified, with work assigned and funded by individual City-issued Purchase Orders and defined by project-specific Scopes of Work. Project sites may be located on any City street, roadway, right-of-way, easement, stormwater facility, outfall, ditch, pond, City-owned property, or private property with appropriate legal access. The City does not guarantee uniform geographic distribution of work.
