The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking qualified individuals to provide Impartial Hearing Officer (IHO) services as outlined in Title 40 of the Texas Administrative Code, Chapters 850 and 854, Subchapter E. IHOs will preside over formal hearings and mediations for Vocational Rehabilitation customer appeals and Business Enterprises of Texas grievances, ensuring fair and neutral due process. The solicitation is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) with a fixed-fee schedule where price is not a competitive factor. The estimated contract value is $425,000.00.
