Western School Corporation is seeking Internet access service with bandwidth ranging from approximately 50 Mbps to 500 Mbps to the District's head-end located at Western High School in Russiaville, IN, starting July 1, 2027. The project is contingent upon successful obtaining of E-Rate funding, which the vendor must recognize. Proposals must reflect Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP), GSA pricing, and any available governmental discounts, and include all associated costs. The District prefers vendors willing to utilize the E-Rate SPI invoicing method and requires at least one IPv4 address with optional pricing for additional IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. Bids are due by October 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST and should be emailed to the Technology Director.
