Description

This Request for Statement of Qualification (RFSOQ) seeks professional consulting services to develop a long-term water meter replacement and modernization strategy. The project scope details are provided in Section 5 Terms of Reference. This RFSOQ is the first stage of a two-stage process, with the second stage involving negotiation starting with the highest ranked respondent to select one consultant. The procurement is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
