Description

Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area Board (WSRCA) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide comprehensive, integrated or modular Human Resources Services. The services include Core Human Resources Services and Compliance, Payroll Administration, Employee Benefits Brokerage (Health & Retirement), Performance Management System, and Learning Management System (LMS). The contract period is one year starting approximately January 1, 2027, with options to renew annually for up to four additional years. The estimated contract value is $20,000.00.
