Description

The Contractor shall provide comprehensive instructional design, curriculum development and delivery, and Learning Management System (LMS) services in support of the Civilian Leadership Development School (CLDS). The Contractor shall ensure all educational services and deliverables are executed in both online and resident environments in accordance with statutory requirements (5 CFR 412.202, 5 CFR 412.201, and 5 U.S.C. § 9902).
