Nationwide Lease, Installation, and Maintenance of Modular Buildings for ICE ERO Offices

ICE ERO is seeking contractors to provide leased modular buildings and associated services for operational spaces at approximately 50 sites nationwide. - Government Buyer: - Department of Homeland Security - Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) - Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) - Modular Building Types Requested: - Field Detention Units (~900 sq ft) - Secure holding and processing space - Counter-style processing, furniture, climate control, integrated toilet/sink - ADA entry ramps, grid power or generator, local code compliant - Quantity: 50 - Interview Processing Units (~300 sq ft) - Secure interviewing and processing space - Furnished, climate controlled, ADA accessible, grid/generator power - Quantity: 50 - Virtual Immigration Court Units (~60 sq ft) - Secure unit for EOIR hearings - Furnished, climate controlled, ADA accessible, grid/generator power - Quantity: 50 - Services Required: - Delivery, installation, and demobilization of modular units - Utility connections (power, water, generator) - Cleaning services (three times weekly or as needed) - Routine maintenance (monthly inspections, generator servicing every 500 hours) - Technical and logistics support for each location - Coordination with ICE Asset Management and GSA for site approvals - Unique Requirements: - Rapid mobilization (5-10 days post-award) - Demobilization within 45 days after notification - All units must be climate-controlled, secure, ADA accessible, and compliant with local building codes - Generator maintenance and operational readiness tracking - No specific OEMs or part numbers are mentioned; contractors must supply compliant modular units and services.

Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to deliver, install and maintain modular operational spaces at the ERO offices in various locations across the country. At present the number of sites is estimated at 50, though this number is subject to change.. 

The contractor must work with ICE Office of Asset and Facilities Management and the General Services Administration to coordinate approval for the installation of the modular units in a manner that is acceptable with the building owner at the specific sites. This will require different levels of effort and installation configuration (e.g., whether power or water is available and how best to tie in) for each site. The contractor shall provide the necessary technical and logistics support to facilitate the needed work for each location identified.
