Description

(72) Seventy-Two older Siemens Insight building supervisory controllers, are to be upgraded to the most recent hardware, Siemens PX controllers, and with most current firmware revision. All controllers upgraded and installed will be compatible with new Siemens Desigo server. One (1) out-of-date Siemens Insight server to be replaced with a current, up-to-date Siemens Desigo server.

The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is Title 10, U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisy agency requirements.
