Description

The Town of Middlesex is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the stabilization of a stream bank and roadway embankment along Old Brook Road. The project involves constructing a Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) wall supporting the roadway's southbound lane, supported by a soil nail stabilized slope extending to the slope toe. Stone fill armoring will be placed at the toe of the slope and keyed into the bedrock for stability.
