The International Trade Commission has announced it will proceed with full reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty order on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from Vietnam and the antidumping duty orders on such tires from South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The reviews will assess the impact of these orders and a schedule for the reviews will be established and announced later. The notice was issued on September 4, 2026, and involves Investigation Nos. 701-TA-647 and 731-TA-1517-1519 (Review).
