The Town of Chapel Hill is requesting bids for the North Street Storm Sewer Replacement Project. The work involves removing a variable size and shape stormwater culvert at and around 116 North Street, Chapel Hill, NC, and replacing it with 36-inch circular reinforced concrete pipes. The project includes grouting and abandoning a portion of the existing sewer beneath a residential structure, as well as sanitary sewer and waterline adjustments within North Street right-of-way. The project site extends between the Rosemary Parking Deck and the surface outfall to Mill Race Branch.
