The Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA) is seeking to establish a list of qualified consultant firms for an on-call bench to support transportation planning, programs, and communications. The consultants will be selected for specific tasks through mini-Request for Proposals as scopes and budgets are approved. The scope includes six major categories such as planning, active transportation, accessibility programs, transportation demand management, data analytics and systems, and communications. The services will support the Authority in developing and implementing plans and policies to fulfill Measure J and CMA responsibilities, addressing current and future mobility needs in Contra Costa County.
