Description

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) has determined that certain polyester/cuprammonium dyed twill lining fabric is not available in commercial quantities in a timely manner in the CAFTA-DR countries. As a result, this product is added to the list in Annex 3.25 of the CAFTA-DR in unrestricted quantities. The determination follows a request from BK House LLC and no objections or offers to supply the product were received from interested entities. The product specifications include fiber content of 52% to 60% polyester and 40% to 48% cuprammonium, twill fabric construction, yarn-dyed finishing, weight of 72 to 82 g/m2, and width of 132.08 to 137.16 cm (52 to 54 inches).
