The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), received an application from the Department of Fish & Game – Division of Sport Fish Access Program (ADFG) for an Interagency Land Management Assignment (ILMA) to continue operation and maintenance of the Swanson Harbor Refuge Float on state-owned submerged lands near Couverden Island, Alaska. The ILMA covers approximately 0.86 acres for maintaining a 12x150-foot dock that provides safe passage for recreational angling and sightseeing.
