Description

The City of Newport Beach is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide janitorial services for park and beach restrooms during both day and night shifts. The contract term is proposed for five years with an option to extend for five additional one-year renewals. The City owns 36 beach and park restroom facilities and reserves the right to make multiple awards if it serves the City's best interest. Final contract terms, including compensation and length, are subject to City and/or City Council approval.
