Description

Mt. Hood Community College is seeking proposals from qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) firms to construct and renovate multiple facilities and campus areas throughout the Mt. Hood Community College Gresham Campus. The work is organized into three major work packages: Athletics / Title IX Improvements, Health & Science Improvements, and Academic Center / Campus Improvements. The selected CM/GC firm(s) will provide services during the design and construction phases and enter into a contract including a fixed fee and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the applicable work package(s). A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for September 8, 2026, and proposals are due by September 29, 2026.
