This solicitation is for the Justice Building Parking Lot Security Upgrades project. The work includes construction of a new decorative metal security fence around the perimeter of the existing 42-space parking lot at 1162 Court Street NE, Salem, Oregon. The project scope includes delegated design and deferred submittals for the fence and gate systems, installation of new automated vehicular and pedestrian gates, electrical low-voltage infrastructure for access control, demolition and removal of existing asphalt concrete, curbs, and sidewalks, salvage and relocation of existing site elements, patching and repair to match adjacent conditions, and restoration of curbs, sidewalks, and asphalt pavement impacted by construction. The contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services necessary for completion in accordance with contract documents.
