Description

Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Unarmed Security Guard Services for the District's Facilities Maintenance Department, Transportation Department, and surrounding District properties located in Haltom City, Texas. The selected contractor shall provide security patrol services to help protect District facilities, vehicles, equipment, and other assets, while maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the contract term. The contract term is from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, with the possibility of four additional one-year renewals. The total estimated contract value on an annual basis is $136,416.00 based on the 2025-2026 expenditure.
