Description

The City of Durham is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide on-call professional engineering services for civil site engineering development plan review. The selected firms will review civil and site engineering plans submitted by private developers for compliance with applicable City standards, ordinances, and state and federal regulations. Services include reviewing plan sets and calculations, preparing comment letters, responding to inquiries, attending meetings, and recommending approval or resubmittal. The contract length for the Master Service Agreement (MSA) will be three years, with Supplemental Service Agreements (SSAs) executed as plan review tasks arise.
